If you are involved in an accident irrespective of blame or if your vehicle has been stolen, please contact us immediately, and in any event within 1 hour to enable us to provide you with the best possible service and advice at a time when we know you will require as much support and assistance as possible.

Our objective is to help minimise inconvenience and stress to you by organising a quick and efficient repair of your vehicle, whilst effectively managing any other claim covered by this policy, such as a claim from a third party if you are responsible for damaging their vehicle.
