Claims
If you have an accident which involves an injury to any person, or you hit a dog or farm animal, another vehicle or cause damage to property, you must stop. If you own the vehicle you must give your name, address and insurance details to anyone who has a good reason to ask. If you do not own the vehicle you must also provide the owner’s name and address.
If there is an injury and you do not give your details at the scene, you must report the incident to the police within 24 hours.
